wANT TO BRING IMPACT TO YOUR NEXT CONFERENCE or event? tRY OUR bEAD & pROCEED iMPACT PACKAGE!

This is the ultimate experience for conferences, summits and large-scale events, delivering knowledge, creativity and lasting engagement - it ticks all the boxes. Our Impact is a three-part experience, which we’ve set out below but we’re more than happy to tailor an Impact just for you and your next big event!

Let’s get everyone excited!

Here, Bead & Proceed founder and CEO, Bridget Williams, delivers a high energy 40 minute presentation getting everyone up-to-speed on the SDGs and why they matter. From discussing the history of sustainable development to measuring the goals to unpacking the targets to explaining how attendees can maximise their SDG impact within their respective sectors - it’s a pow-wow keynote that will make you laugh, cry and leave you inspired to take action today!

Anchor the learning!

A Bead & Proceed station will allow attendees to each paint a bead that represents their chosen SDG (the SDG they want to personally commit to). While attendees paint, they discuss with others why they have chosen their SDG and how they are going to action it in their workplace and personal life. Attendees are encouraged to post their ideas/actions/initiatives/projects on the conference/summit app or brainstorming wall for other people to view and gain inspiration form.

“BEAD” the change together!

A stunning work of art is created from the painted beads and serves as a visual representation of collaboration, creativity and commitment towards the SDGs. The artwork is a symbol that captures the ethos of the conference and includes each attendee’s bead, making them feel included and part of something that is “bigger than them but better because of them.” To maximise impact, the artwork can be auctioned off after the conference and all funds can be either: used to purchase Bead & Proceed Kits to low decile schools or donated to a deserving community organisation/chosen charity decided by the organisers of the conference.

  • Attendees are expecting more from conferences and summits - they want to be challenged, involved and included in co-designing the future

  • SDGs are the biggest globally recognised sustainable framework, companies that care about sustainability need to understand and actively work towards them.

  • Rich conversation an authentic discussion about world issues and combined impact breaks down barriers and strips hierarch, which builds strong relationships.

  • Making, painting and collaborating fosters an engaging experience for attendees and creates a lasting impression.

  • Customers and consumers choose organisations with sustainable ethics (it’s now an expectation).

  • It’s an opportunity for your summit or conference to not just be a platform to the SDGs but inspire action towards them!
